The winning bidder is responsible for payment immediately upon being awarded the bid. Buyers will NOT be given time to leave the sale and arrange for funds. The bidder assumes all responsibility for the safety, security, removal, and transport of purchases at the time the bid is awarded.

This sale will be offered first in bulk to a single bidder. Once the bulk-bid is established, the assets will them be sold one lot at a time. Whichever method that brings the highest return will prevail. Announcements the day of sale take precedence over printed notices.

Removal will be the day of sale by 4:00 pm and by appointment the following day unless specific arrangements are made with the auctioneer ahead of the sale.
