Once you've exhausted your collection efforts, all you need to do is schedule your auction with us and publish your legal notices. That's it. We market to buyers. We publish on 5 websites. We have thousands of views each week. We print flyers and distribute schedules at every auction we hold. Our schedules are built to bring the most buyers possible. We listen to the buyers and make it simple for them.
We register the bidders. We make all of the auction announcements of terms and conditions. We sell each unit, record the sale, and provide you with records for each unit and a summary of the sale. We collect the money for the sale. We even collect the sales tax. All you need to do is collect the deposit (if you use them).
Our fee comes out of the sale, so there's very little administrative work. Mostly, you get your money immediately and can quickly rent the units we sell.
